Another Protester Paying with Pennies
This guy tried to pay his $450 fine in pennies, but it looks like the city of Cedar Rapids has already learned this lesson and refused his payment. More proof that the penny needs to go. If it's seen as a punishment instead of a benefit, then it's time to jettison it!
